You Lost Me
One day,
you’ll remember the man who loved you so much that he forgot to love himself.
You’ll remember him when you wake up,
when you eat, even when you’re about to sleep.
He will be your greatest nightmare.
You will be the one crying, and he will be the one happy with someone else.

One day,
you’ll regret losing him.
You lost the man who did everything for you.
You lost the man who was always there for you when no one else was.
You lost him because of your ego and you're full of pride.
You lost the man who stayed by your side even if you threw harsh words to him.
You lost the man who tried to understand you when you needed him.
But you were not there for him when he needed you the most.

One day,
you’ll realize that he was the one for you.
The man who stood by your side even if you didn’t appreciate him.
The man you chose to let go because you’re full of deception and lies.
One day, you’ll realize that the man you screwed up and left for another one & his money, was the man who kept on fighting and defending you when he heard ill talks/gossips about you.

One day,
you’ll see him happy and contented with the life he'll have when you left him.
He will thank you for letting him go and for making him realize that he is worthy of something so much better, that there is someone out there who is willing to do everything for him.
He will look into your eyes with no feelings for you at all.

One day,
when you see him, you will feel like you’ve been stabbed in your heart a million times for giving him up, and when that day comes,
no matter what you do, no matter what you say to him, it will not make sense. Because he was already done spending years of his life trying to make you love him as he loved you.
But you didn’t love him!
Moreover, you lied to him, betrayed him and eventually left him for good!

One day,
You'll see him and have a feeling of regret, remorse and incompleteness. You'll think about him and you'll think that you had him for 13 years in your 30+ years of life. You began to love him, so you married him, lived together for 8 years...
Yet you divorced him... for what?
For your Pride? Ego?
For more Money? More Securities?
For another love or passion?
for another one in your life?
Or
Did he betray you?
Did he sleep with another woman or ended up marrying another woman?

Well Bravo! 👏🙌
Now, as you've done it already, that is leaving him for good...
You'll be left alone!
Now you are alone as you will be always!
You'll be missing him once and every time, as you live, as you inhale and exhale, as you will be married again or be a mom.
As you live a long life and as you die, you will never be able to forget him...
Never!

  অপেক্ষার শেষ প্রহর - অর্ক আশফাক  তুমি কি জানো, কতটা নির্জন লাগে, যখন দিন ফুরোয়—তবু তুমি আসো না পাশে? তোমার ছোঁয়ার আকুলতা ঘুমকে ছুঁতে চায়, তোমার স্পর্শ না পাই, তবু তুমি আছো প্রতিটি নিঃশ্বাসে! জ্বর কি আসে না তোমার, নিঃশব্দ আলিঙ্গনে? তোমার চোখ কি ভিজে উঠে না, বৃষ্টির একাকিত্বে? রাত্রির নির্জনতায় ভাঙে না কি, ঘুম হঠাৎ? মন বলে “তার পাশে থাকি", সব আবার হয়ে যায় চুপচাপ। আমি তো হৃদয়ের অলিতে গলিতে গোপন প্রেম বুনেছি, তোমার চুলে, ঘ্রাণে, দেহছায়ায় অজস্র কবিতা লিখেছি। কিন্তু তুমি ডাকো না... অভিমানের দেওয়াল চওড়া, ভালোবাসার ভাষা বুঝেও, থাকো নীরবতার চাদরে মোড়া। ভালোবাসা কি এভাবেই দূরত্বে নিজেকে হারায়? প্রেম কি শুধুই রয়ে যায় লেখায় কিংবা মুখে বলায়? নাকি তা শরীরের কামনাও জ্বালায়? আমি তো প্রতিদিনই রয়েছি তোমার অপেক্ষায়... দুঃসহ যাতনায় ছিঁড়তে থাকি দুঃসময়ের পাতা, আশায় রই তুমি পাশে এসে নিঃশব্দে ছোঁবে; পুরোনো ভালোবাসা যদি আবারও জাগে, ভগ্ন মনে - নতুনত্বে নগ্নতায় প্রতি রাতে! বুকে জড়িয়ে ধরে, কানে মুখে বলতে চাই—  অসম্ভব নয়, মিলন সন্নিকটে মোদের! মনে হয় বৃষ্টি আসবে আর একটু পর...

  সময়ের ঠেশে বেঁচে থাকা - অর্ক আশফাক সময় দিতেছে ঠেশ— বার্ধক্যের পাতায় পাতায় এপেশ-ওপেশ। বয়স ধীরে ধীরে টানিতেছে শেষ, নীরব বাতাসে উড়ে যায় কেশ— তবু, তোমার ভালোবাসার রেশ উড়ায়ে নিবে ক্লেশের অবশেষ। এই তো জীবন, এই তো যৌবন, চোখের পলকে ফুরায় অনুক্ষণ। জন্মদিন নামে এক উৎসব অভিনয়- সবই সময়ের প্রতি এক অনুনয় বিনয়! হাতে ধরা কিছু সুখের ছায়াটুকু, মুখে লেগে থাকে নীরবতার মায়া শুধু। চোখের কোণে জল জমে জেনেও— বলে না যে কেউ,  হারিয়েছে কত কালে, ক’জন, কেমনে, মনে রাখেনা যে কেউ! তবু হৃদয়ে এতটুকু আলো বাঁচে, শেষবেলার প্রেম একটু-আধটু ভাসে! চাঁদের আলোয় লেখা ঐ রাতের গান— যা বোঝায় - শেষ মানেই নয় 'অবসান'! শেষ মানেই তো নয় - অবমাননা, শেষ মানে হতে পারে এক নতুন প্রার্থনা। যাহা ফুরায়, তাই আবার স্মৃতির রেশে জ্বলে— জোছনা হারায় নদীর কূলে; সময় হারায় কালের গর্ভে... যাহা হারায়, তাই তো আবার নতুন করে গড়ে! নতুন রূপে, কিংবা নতুন রঙে!
