Seeking Genuine Heart

Feeling the sting of betrayal,

As betrayed and hurt;

Discovering a fully planned charade,

My heart weeps silently while being cut.

The bunch of lies that clouded my heart,

Also deceived by false promises;

Such happened time and time after,

My trust shattered into thousand pieces.

In a world where honesty should prevail,

I yearn for sincerity and loyalty.

Relationship is built on honesty and commitment

Giving a chance to build something real,

Isn't that what we deserve?

Oh my, how fool I have been,

By thinking bricks are red & leaves are green!

Getting tired of deceit, longing for truth.

Lessons learned, scars hidden, obviously,

made me a bit more proof for such treacherously;

I rise stronger, but my heart remained bandaged,

Thank God, but no longer blinded by deceptive.

Rather than the fake charms, I seek only truth,

And along with I'm looking for A love that's true. 

It's time to heal and find genuine connections;

Seeking authentic people with genuine heart -

will only make sure of my damn resurrection!
